the check in process was smooth. my room had an efficient design with all necessities. the bed was very comfortable, i slept well those nights.

this hotel was very handy for gare du nord. checking in and checking out was easy. the staff was kind. i was able to leave my bags after check-out until my train later that day. that was quite helpful.
the elevator wasn't suitable for two people, it was very small.

I found the location ideal. It was very close to the train station. The free coffee was a nice touch. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful.
The room was very small and basic. The bathroom had a bad smell and could have been cleaner. I think the amount I paid was overpriced.

The hotel location proved very convenient for using public transport.
The lift situation really was a pain. It's small, like only one person with a bag fits, and the wait times were long. my room wasn't exactly what I'd call clean, I found some hair in the bathroom, this really frustrated me.

The location was quite convenient near public transportation. The room was clean and sufficiently sized. I found ample socket outlets and sturdy bars to hang my traveling pouches. The bus stop was also very close.
The room was very basic. It lacked a kettle or small table. I felt the public area was a bit cramped.

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to both metro and train stations. This made traveling around easy. the staff were very friendly and helpful with storing luggage prior to check-in. the room provided strong air conditioning a feature not always found in other european hotels i have visited
the room i booked was basic and smaller than i expected this was slightly disappointing given the price i paid
